AFTERCARE:
Once delivered fluff up with a hairdryer as fur will have been flattened during transit. When washing your fur coat wash on a cold wash on a gentle cycle. Do NOT use detergent/fabric conditioner, put on a gentle spin, once washed lay flat to dry. Once dry place on a hanger and fluff up with a hairdryer on a moderate heat.

Exchange or credit note on unworn/unused items with the tags intact within 7 days of purchase, showing no signs of wear (i.e make-up and deodorant).
